Thomas Michel Baron
Volunteer mentor with Lille Foundation
- 🇫🇷 Lille, Hauts-de-France, France
- Lille Foundation
- 1982 to 2004
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,210 people through Lille Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
