Thomas D. Gray
Mentor in farming and law school
- 🇨🇦 Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
- Since 2000
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 470 people through Hamilton Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Thomas: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
