Thomas C. Vargas

Tabla player and teacher in Newcastle

  • 🇦🇺 Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia
  • Since 2007
  • English
I've played tabla since 2007, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach. My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Thomas

If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.

What gifts mean to Thomas: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
