Thilini Udari Silva
Professor of statistics, Kandy Polytechnic
- 🇱🇰 Kandy, Central, Sri Lanka
- Kandy Polytechnic
- 1999 to 2012
- English, Sinhala
My subject is statistics, and for 13 years I got to share it with undergraduates at Kandy Polytechnic.
Former students now work as a farmhand and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Thilini
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
