I teach social studies at St. Joseph's Academy in Amsterdam since 2012. Most days I teach the final-year class, and I never raise my voice.
I've run the gardening club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I run most mornings.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Thijs
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Thijs: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
