Thiện Cường Pham
Mentor in engineering and first-generation students
- 🇻🇳 Thủ Đức, Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam
- Harbor Association
- Since 1999
- English, Vietnamese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,490 people through Harbor Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Thiện: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
