For 33 years I have been the design and technology teacher at Curitiba Girls' School. I teach Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I learn every name in the first week. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Thiago

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Thiago: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
