Helping people break into careers
- 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Lotus Learning Hub
- 1984 to 2007
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 550 people through Lotus Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Thiago
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
