Helping people break into trades
- 🇦🇺 Mandurah, Western Australia, Australia
- Since 2016
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 420 people through Mandurah Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Theodore
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Theodore: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first trades job in 2022. I still have your notes. Greetings from Savar.
