Theodore W. Castillo
Volunteer mentor with London Association
- 🇬🇧 London, England, United Kingdom
- London Association
- Since 2002
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,440 people through London Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Theodore
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
