I taught Spanish at Dallas Academy in Dallas from 1986 to 2017. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.

If you were in my Grade 6 class, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.
