Theodore Jensen
Cross country and fitness coach, Allentown
- 🇺🇸 Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States
- Allentown Swimming Club
- 1983 to 2008
- English
For 25 years I ran the cross country program at Allentown Swimming Club in Allentown. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
