Theodore C. Hayes
Engineering mentor, Bronx
- 🇺🇸 Bronx, New York, United States
- Bronx Foundation
- 2001 to 2013
- English
For twelve years I've mentored people in engineering and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Theodore: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
