Theo Sommer

Children's librarian in Frankfurt

  • 🇩🇪 Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany
  • Frankfurt Reading Room
  • 1979 to 2012
  • English, German
For 33 years I looked after the shelves, the card catalog and the regulars at Frankfurt Reading Room. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer. A library should feel like a living room. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
