Théo Collet
Helping people break into leadership
- 🇫🇷 Poitiers, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France
- Poitiers Youth Network
- 1999 to 2023
- English, French
For 24 years I've mentored people in leadership and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
