Themba G. Steyn
37 years teaching chemistry in Soweto
- 🇿🇦 Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa
- St. Mary's Secondary School
- 1987 to 2024
- English, Zulu
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 37 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

You taught me chemistry in 1996 at St. Mary's Secondary School. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays.
