I've spent 41 years as a lecturer in civil engineering at Durban University in Durban. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I garden badly but happily.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Themba
If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
What gifts mean to Themba: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
