Tharushi Malsha Zoysa
Trades mentor, Negombo
- 🇱🇰 Negombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Negombo Learning Hub
- Since 2007
- English, Sinhala
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 610 people through Negombo Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
More about Tharushi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Tharushi: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
