Tharun T. Pillai

Painter, potter and teacher at Harmony Pottery

  • 🇮🇳 Hyderabad, Telangana, India
  • Harmony Pottery
  • 1980 to 2005
  • English, Tamil
I work mostly in graphic design, sometimes glass art. My first show was in 1980 at Harmony Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. Most of my work is inspired by my grandmother's kitchen. I'm always reading two books at once.

More about Tharun

I've had 5 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

I bought one of your pieces in 1993. It's still the first thing I see in the morning. Greetings from Onitsha.
