Tharun Nadar
Mentor in nursing and teaching
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Valley View Youth Network
- Since 2014
- English, French
For twelve years I've mentored people in nursing and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Tharun
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Tharun: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first nursing job in 2025. I still have your notes. Greetings from Nakhon Ratchasima.
