Tharun E. Anand
Mentor in design and engineering
- 🇮🇳 Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Lakeview Association
- 1994 to 2024
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,650 people through Lakeview Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Tharun
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Tharun: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
