Tharindu Dissanayake
Helping people break into finance
- 🇱🇰 Jaffna, Northern, Sri Lanka
- Liberty Learning Hub
- 1979 to 2016
- English, Sinhala
For 37 years I've mentored people in finance and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Tharindu
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
