For 31 years I ran the wrestling program at San Jose Lotus Athletic Club in San Jose. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
