I taught accounting at Johannesburg Primary School in Johannesburg from 1982 to 2004. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I never once raised my voice.
Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I never once raised my voice.
More about Thandi
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
