I taught French at Atlas Grammar School in Amsterdam from 2008 to 2018. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 480 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Tess
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Tess: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

I was in your the final-year class class in 2025. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Kingston.
