Tess Petra Van Leeuwen

Cook and owner of Bayview Table

  • 🇳🇱 Haarlem, North Holland, Netherlands
  • Bayview Table
  • Since 1999
  • Dutch, Spanish
I run Bayview Table in Haarlem. We started in 1999 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher. On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I carry a notebook everywhere. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Tess

I still cook the same soup every Friday.
