Helping people break into engineering
- 🇪🇹 Bahir Dar, Amhara, Ethiopia

For 24 years I've mentored people in engineering and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Thank you for stopping by.

What gifts mean to Tesfaye: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
