Terry G. Payne
Youth badminton coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Dallas, Texas, United States
- Dallas Boxing Gym
- Since 1978
- English
For 48 years I've run the badminton program at Dallas Boxing Gym in Dallas. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Terry
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Terry: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
