Terry C. Hayes
English literature and agriculture teacher, Las Cruces
- 🇺🇸 Las Cruces, New Mexico, United States
- St. Mary's Academy
- Since 1986
- English, Spanish
St. Mary's Academy is my second home. I teach English literature there since 1986, mostly the final-year class.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I never raise my voice.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Terry
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
