For 19 years I've run the tennis program at Quezon City Sports Club in Quezon City. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
