I've coached chess at Taguig Community Club since 1997. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Teresita
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Teresita: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
