Teresa W. Rivera

First-generation students mentor, Los Angeles

🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
Los Angeles Association
2012 to 2025
English

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 720 people through Los Angeles Association. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Teresa

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
