Teresa N. Fuentes
Coached cricket for nine years in Rockford
- 🇺🇸 Rockford, Illinois, United States
- Rockford Riverside Sports Club
- 2014 to 2023
- English, Spanish
I coached cricket at Rockford Riverside Sports Club from 2014 to 2023. Most of my players were between 11 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I played music while people worked.

What gifts mean to Teresa: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

you coached me in 2020. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Giza.
