Teresa E. Mendez

Retired mathematics teacher from Unity Technical College

  • 🇦🇺 Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
  • Unity Technical College
  • 1989 to 2023
  • English
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 34 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Teresa

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Teresa: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
