Teresa C. Mendez
Engineering mentor, Wollongong
- 🇦🇺 Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia
- Wollongong Mentoring Circle
- Since 1994
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,310 people through Wollongong Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.

What gifts mean to Teresa: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
