Baking, done properly
- 🇵🇭 Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Victory Shop
- 1995 to 2007
- English
I've worked in baking from 1995 to 2007. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 720 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
More about Teodoro
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Teodoro: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
