Temitope Vivian Lawal

Youth wrestling coach and mentor

  • 🇳🇬 Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria
  • Badagry Sports Club
  • Since 2000
  • English
I've coached wrestling at Badagry Sports Club since 2000. Most of my players were between 10 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Temitope

If you played for me, you probably remember the rainy sports day.

What gifts mean to Temitope: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
