Teklu Ephrem Regassa
Mentor in farming and small business
- 🇪🇹 Bahir Dar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- Bahir Dar Mentoring Circle
- Since 1983
- English, Amharic
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 860 people through Bahir Dar Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
