Tek Padam Bista
Mathematics teacher at Redwood Academy, 1990 to 2015

I taught mathematics at Redwood Academy in Bhaktapur from 1990 to 2015. Most days I taught the youngest children, and my door was open at lunch.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Tek
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
