Tejaswini S. Iyer
Helping people break into leadership
- 🇮🇳 Saket, Delhi, India
- Saket Youth Network
- 2004 to 2022
- English
For 18 years I've mentored people in leadership and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Tejaswini
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
