For 26 years I was the chemistry teacher at Nashik High School. I taught Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Tejaswini
If you were in my Grade 6 class, you probably remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
What gifts mean to Tejaswini: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
