Tejaswini B. Murthy
38 years teaching history in Mumbai
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai High School
- 1997 to 2025
- English, Tamil
For 28 years I was the history teacher at Mumbai High School. I taught Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Tejaswini
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Tejaswini: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
