Tejas T. Bhavsar
Mentor in trades and farming
- 🇮🇳 Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India
- Tiruchirappalli Foundation
- 1984 to 2012
- English, Gujarati
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 640 people through Tiruchirappalli Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Tejas
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first trades job in 1986. I still have your notes. Truly.
