Tayyaba Uzma Sandhu
Painter, potter and teacher at Little Lahore Gallery
- 🇵🇰 Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
- Little Lahore Gallery
- 1980 to 1998
- English, Urdu
I work mostly in textiles, sometimes sculpture. My first show was in 1980 at Little Lahore Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I like to keep things simple and honest. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Tayyaba
I've had 10 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Tayyaba: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
