Tayyaba Fatima Yousafzai
20 years teaching English literature in Multan
- 🇵🇰 Multan, Punjab, Pakistan
- Multan Technical College
- 1987 to 2013
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 26 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 990 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Tayyaba
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Tayyaba: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
