Tayyaba Dua Kazmi

Economics and history teacher, Faisalabad

🇵🇰 Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan
Faisalabad Grammar School
Since 1986
English, Urdu

For 40 years I have been the economics teacher at Faisalabad Grammar School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Over the years I've had 1,440 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

More about Tayyaba

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Tayyaba: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me economics in 1999 at Faisalabad Grammar School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on. Truly.
