Tayo Godwin Adebayo
Folk music and tabla teacher
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lagos Starlight Band
- 1990 to 2002
- English
I play folk music and tabla. I started in 1990 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 13 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm learning the guitar.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Tayo
I wrote my first song when I was 22. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Tayo: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
