Tatsuya Murata
Mentor in software and design
- 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
- Andes Association
- 1990 to 2004
- Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 430 people through Andes Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Tatsuya
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Tatsuya: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
