Tatsuya Ito
Leadership mentor, Nagoya
- 🇯🇵 Nagoya, Aichi, Japan

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,440 people through Kingsway Foundation.
My door was open at lunch.
