Tatiane Rafaela Farias
Helping people break into careers
- 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Santos Association
- Since 1990
- Portuguese, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,150 people through Santos Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Tatiane
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Tatiane: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
